About the job
Do you want to work with robotic welding where your attention to detail and problem-solving skills make a difference in daily work? We are currently looking for a technically interested production employee for our robotic welding department in Härnösand.
At our company, robotic welding is a central part of the production flow and a key factor in ensuring the quality of our products. You will work closely with the process and play an important role in ensuring stable operations, good quality, and an efficient flow.
The work is done in two shifts: one week you work Monday–Friday 06:00–15:00, and the next week Monday–Thursday 14:45–23:45 (Friday off).
Your role
The work is practical and varied, involving both robotic welding and post-processing of parts. You will rotate between different stages of the process and collaborate closely with your colleagues.
Responsibilities:
- Spot weld parts together and prepare pallets
- Start and operate the welding robot
- Perform basic troubleshooting
- Replace consumables
- Remove finished material from the robot
- Inspect welds and ensure quality
- Post-process as needed (fill, grind, and finish surfaces)
- Report orders and follow production schedules
- Work based on technical drawings and quality requirements
- Contribute to stable operations and an efficient production flow
The work is partly physical and requires you to work methodically, carefully, and with high precision.
Your profile
- Have experience in welding, preferably from industrial production
- Have a good understanding of technical drawings
- Have a technical interest and understanding of manufacturing processes
- Are meticulous, quality-conscious, and work in a structured manner
- Take responsibility, show initiative, and have good problem-solving skills
- Enjoy working both independently and in close collaboration with colleagues
- Are able to work shifts
- Can communicate in Swedish and English, both orally and in writing.

Requirements
- Experience in welding
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings
- Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written (instructions and documentation are in Swedish)
- Basic knowledge of English
- Ability to work shifts
- Basic technical interest and understanding of production
Merits
- Experience with robotic welding
- Experience with manual welding
- Experience with quality control of welded parts
- Experience with post-processing, e.g., grinding or working with manual machines for steel processing
- Experience with automated processes
- Forklift license
